Dizzy Maid

Dizzy Dairy located at Dizzard Farm is an Artisan Dairy. Specialising in Sheep Milk and Cheese. We have a successful Sheep Farm and have decided to diversify into making Sheep Cheese. Milking sheep are a particular type of sheep specifically for milking. Milking sheep is well known across europe but less common in the uk. 

We started milking our ewes in mid feburaty and started making our cheese. The picture shows our soft cheese in the early stages of maturation. As it matures I will addd more photographs so you can see your cheese mature.

The cheese will then be matured and ready for you to order. 

Dizzy Maid is part of our range of soft cheeses made at our Artisan Dairy. Dizzy Maid is a soft cheese with a rich creamy texture with a nutty taste and an edible white Rind. Dizzy has a buttery taste so compliments and pairs well with Bread, fruits like apples and grapes and Crackers.
