Dizzy Blue
Dizzy Blue an Artisan Cheese made at our dairy, Dizzy Dairy. Dizzy Dairy is part of Dizzard Farm in North Cornwall. We are located on the coastal road between Bude and Boscastle.
We started to milk our sheep Mid February 2024 and commenced our production of Sheep cheese we aim to make a range of Sheep Cheese. The picture shows our blue cheese in the early days of maturation. To early for the blue but as it matures i will add more photographs watch the blog.
Dizzy Blue is part of our range of cheeses. An Artisan Sheeps Cheese made at Dizzy Dairy. Dizzy blue is a blue Cheese with a creamy and crumbly texture with blue-green veins running through it. Dizzy Blue has a bold tangy and intense with added Sharpness. Sweet, earthy and savoury notes.
Dizzy pairs well with Crackers and Pears, on its own or on cheese platters.
Dizzy blues will take 3 months to mature in our Cheese cave and then will be ready to order at various sizes. £34 per KG
