Selling cheese has been a learning experience and the questions Feedback has been excellent but all feedback we have taken the opportunity to listen and learn from.
The feedback and questions has been around the marketing side of the product recently. Customers have shown that they are really interested in the story and how our cheese is made. So to hopefully help we have created a storyboard of the timeline and the process of our sheep cheesemaking. It is displayed at the entrance to our shop. Do come down to the shop if you are in the area we would love to see you and tell you all about the story and cheesemaking whilst you try and buy the cheese.
