After selling all the cheese. We have been busy lambing and milking sheep in December and started to make our Cheese again. New year new batch of cheese. We havent any home internet at present so it is increasingly difficult to write a blog.

We would like you to help us celebrate our first anniversary of milking sheep and making sheep Cheese. We started milking sheep 10th February 2024 and making Cheese on the 13th February 2024

Its been a successful year for a new business. full of Joy, Learning curves and meeting some lovely people along the way.
